Cancellation Policy

Discovery Call Booking Policy Discovery Call Sessions Scheduling: Coaching sessions will be scheduled in advance. If you need to reschedule, please provide reasonable notice. Cancellation: Clients are required to provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Please get in touch with me if cancellation is due to an emergency to discuss. Duration: Each Discovery Session typically lasts 30 minutes unless otherwise agreed upon. Payment: There is no payment for Discovery Sessions. Termination and Refunds Termination: Either party may terminate, in writing, the coaching relationship with reasonable notice. We reserve the right to terminate if ethical boundaries are breached. Refunds: We offer a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of your first booking and payment. If you decide within this period that coaching is not suitable for you, we will refund any fees paid for unused sessions.
